I visited the raw material warehouse and witnessed the neat placement of fiber raw materials of various colors and specifications. According to the staff, all of them are purchased from top suppliers at home and abroad, and can only be put into production after strict screening and inspection to ensure the high quality of rope products.

Then, we visited the production workshop in depth. On the giant production line, the machinery and equipment run stably, and the workers carry out the production operations in an orderly manner. From the tightening, threading, stretching and packaging of the ropes, every step needs to be operated precisely and strictly controlled. Workers skillfully manipulate the machines, gradually transforming raw materials into exquisite rope products.

In the quality control department, we see that the staff is conducting rigorous inspection and testing of the finished products. Tensile test, wear resistance test, appearance inspection and other links are checked at all levels to ensure that the product meets the standard requirements and meets the needs of customers.

Finally, we visited the packaging workshop. Workers will carefully produce rope products for packaging, labeling clear product information and instructions for use, to provide customers with a more convenient experience. The whole production process is strictly implemented in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

Through this visit, we deeply appreciated the complexity and delicacy of rope production. The rope factory is not only a simple production and processing, but also a combination of technology and wisdom, and a commitment to quality and innovation.
